Cancellation Policy
Cancellations
We understand that sometimes plans change and reservations need to be cancelled. To ensure a smooth process, please follow our cancellation policy:
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, they will receive a 50% refund for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund for all nights.
If guests cancel less than 7 days before check-in, no refund will be provided.

Extenuating Circumstances
In cases of extenuating circumstances, guests may be required to submit additional documents to support their cancellation request. We understand these situations are beyond your control, and we aim to assist you as best as we can. Alternative options available in such cases include:
Date postponement: Reschedule your stay for a future date one time free of charge within the next 8 months.
Credit note: Receive a credit note to use for a future booking.
