This archeological site used to once be a vibrant location for local travelers. The central information center offers a tour with bicycle or horse carriage. Highly a recommended sight in the morning or late afternoon.

This quaint area is a hidden gem for those interested in contemporary art and culture. Pong Noi, with its small galleries and unique cafes, is a hub for local artists and creatives particularly from the Art faculty of Chiang Mai University.
It is a vibrant neighborhood for university students. Here, you can enjoy modern Thai art, engage with local artists, and savor the area's laid-back atmosphere.

San Kamphaeng (สันกำแพง)
